Your responsibilities

Customer Support: Assist customers with all kinds of inquiries and provide top-notch service before and after their purchases.
Product Advice: Share expert advice and offer personalized product comparisons, helping customers make smart purchasing decisions.
Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls, always aiming for clarity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Data & Documentation: Keep things running smoothly by managing customer data, records, and documentation with precision.
Tech Troubleshooting: Help customers solve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Our requirements

Fluency in Romanian (C1 level, both written and spoken) – You'll be our go-to expert for Romanian-speaking customers.
English Proficiency (B2 level) – You’ll need to collaborate with our international team and participate in training.
Tech Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new tech tools and systems.
Communication & Organizational Skills: You excel at communicating clearly, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
A Customer-First Mindset: You’re approachable, empathetic, and eager to solve problems and make a positive impact on customer experiences.

Experience in customer service (especially in e-commerce, tech support, or pre/post-sales roles).
